The Fit Body App offers different meal sets and over 300 recipes. In order to access them, you will need to set your dietary preference and tell us a bit about you and your goals. To do this, click on the knife and fork icon ‘’ on our menu bar and this will open the option for you to be able to customize your dietary needs in order to determine your macronutrient ratio.
Click on Save and this will then take you to your Macro Calculator that will ask you to fill in your height, weight, age, and select your activity level and your goal (lose, gain, or maintain current weight).
Once you have entered your information, click Calculate. This will allow us to figure out how many daily calories you need to fuel your body and maximize your workouts, along with the amount of proteins, carbs, and fats needed each day.
